A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Doug Ohlson
is a retired Professor of Art at Hunter College, where
he taught for thirty-five years. Winner of a John Simon
Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship, Ohlson has a
record of solo and group exhibitions numbering in the
dozens and notably Museum shows at the Museum of Modern
Art, the Whitney Museum of America Art, and the Corcoran
Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., to name a few.
